Kennel Club Good Citizen Award
Northumberland Canine Centre started the Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme several years ago and in July 2008 had it's 500th successful dog.
All of our puppies complete the Puppy Scheme and most of them go on to do the full range of Bronze, Silver and Gold awards. Several classes are held each week to suit everyones availability. The course is a 7-week course, culminating in the Kennel Club assessment.
In December 2009 we had our youngest ever handler achiever Gold Award. 7 yr.old Ida Bridgeman and her Black Labrador Sydney took the Bronze, Silver and Gold awards all in one week and passed them all after only 7 weeks' training.
